" 4th " of July Fun!!

We started off the day at the Kaysville parade,
all the little ones had plenty of candy by the
time it was over. Then we went to My parents
for a BBQ we had alot of good food it was alot of fun!!
Then we went and watched the fireworks on the
lawn at Kaysville Jr. High. It was a fun day!!

Gage Comes to Visit!!!

Brant, Lindzee and Gage came for Kasey's graduation then Lindzee and Gage
stayed for a week longer then Brant. It was fun to have them here.
Can you tell we like him!!
He is growing up so fast.

Graduation Day!! And A Wedding!!

My niece Natalie was married the morning of June 5th to Nate Law,
Me and Lindzee went to the ceremony that morning at the Ogden Temple,
I am so happy for her, it was a beautiful ceremony. Then that afternoon
my baby boy graduated from Davis High School. It was a busy day as
soon as the graduation was over we were off to Natalie's reception.I am so proud of him.
He loves Gage. He was excited that he was here for his graduation.

I ask Kasey what he wanted to do to celebrate for his graduation, he said he wanted to go out to eat and he wanted the biggest steak we could find, well I found a 32 oz porterhouse at the Timbermine, so that is where we went and he ate every bit of it . I took pictures to proof it.
That is alot of meat.
He ate it all no problem!!
My nephew Casey Lee could not let Kasey out do him, so he ordered the same thing and he ate it all too!!

Catching Up!!! and Mothers Day!

I have been a blog slacker, so here is a big up date. This is all the women at my parents on mothers day! We missed you Lindzee hope you had a wonderful mothers day!!

On The Road Again!!!

Me and Kinzee headed to Idaho for a 4 day weekend. We met Lindzee and Brant at my brothers house in Rexburg and kept Gage there while they went to St. Anthony, to the sand dunes to ride motorcycles. We had so much fun with him. I hope they will do this again sometime it was so fun to have him. Thanks Kirt and Shar for letting us take over your house for the weekend. Above is Gage being his cute little self!!

He is such a good baby, he slept all night every night, and he wakes up smiling in the morning! What more could grandma ask for.

Forever and Always

My nephew and his family were sealed in the Bountiful Temple on April 29th, it was such a special day and I feel so blessed that I was able to be there with them. Their 3 little ladies in their white dresses looked like little angels.

Easter a Little Late!!!

Me and Kasey decided to drive up to Seattle and spend Easter with Brant, Lindzee and Gage.
It is such a long drive but it is worth it. Above is Gage with Kasey making him laugh he is so fun!

Davis High Prom 2009

Kasey took Brooke to the prom, they looked so cute... this is my last high school dance that I will have a child attend.. Man I feel old!!

Road Trip to Seattle!!

Lindzee called and said Brant was going to be out of town for 5 days, she wanted to know if I would come up and visit. So I talked Kinzee into going with me, it is such a long drive but the little bonus when we got there was worth it GAGE!!! We left Friday morning about 6:00a.m. and we got there at 6:00p.m. it was a pretty good drive, good weather all the way.
He is sooo cute, we did not put him down the whole time we were there, He loved Kinzee everything she did he laughed at her.

We just relaxed and had a fun girls weekend, ( and one little guy)
We went and had pedicures.
It was alot of fun!
After that we went to lunch at AppleBee's it was yummy! Then on the way home we stopped at Cold Stone yummy! again.
We did some crafts, we made these cute spring blocks.
Then we made this for Lindzee's family room wall, it was alot of fun.
We had such a good time just the girls hanging out. Then it was time to leave that is the hardest part, I hate having to tell this cute little face good-bye. Thanks Lindzee for having us, we will have to do it again.
The drive home did not start out so good this is what it looked like going over Snoqualmie pass 25 mph. Then it turned into rain and by the time we hit Yakima it was dry roads the rest of the way home. We made it home safely at about 10:00p.m. on Tuesday.

Gage Comes to Visit!!!

He is the cutest thing, look at those big eyes!!

see him and hold him.
He is so sweet I hate that he lives so far away, I made sure
everyone knew that I would be the first to hold him when they
got here. It had only been a little over a month but when they
are growing that fast it seems like a long time, I don't think I will
make it until May to see him again, it is looking like Easter will
be in Seattle this year.

My Baby Boy Turns 18!!!!!

My how time flies! I can not believe my baby is 18 already.
I know you are thinking 18 and he has a bob the builder cake,
well a few weeks before his birthday I was talking to him and
he was saying how he did not want to grow up, how he just wanted
to be a little boy again and have a bob the builder cake for his
birthday so I made sure he had a bob the builder cake for his
birthday.

We had cake and ice cream with the family, Brant and Lindzee
and Gage were here to celebrate with him, I think he had a
pretty good day. I just want Kasey to know how proud I am
of him I couldn't ask for a better son. We Love You!! and hope
you had a happy birthday!!
